To fully understand the Many Worlds Interpretation (MWI, from here on), one should study the PhD thesis by Hugh Everett III essentially based on the complicated formalism of density matrices. However, there is a link between Hilbert space mathematics used to describe the phenomena of quantum entanglement and the MWI.
The multiverse is necessarily an Entangled quantum system. From a computational point of view it is a register with N cells, where N is the (possibly infinite) number of elements of the multiverse (single universes).
If this conclusion is correct, individual universes can only "communicate" through quantum entanglement. However, for the famous theorem of "noncommunication" this is not possible or rather, universes can at most exchange degraded information ( noise ).
